About the role

Vendor Replenishment Planner - Coles

This is where the engine room meets impact.

You'll be at the centre of how Chobani shows up on shelf — ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time, every time.

Working closely with Coles and internal teams, you'll manage the flow of stock, validate forecasts, and solve supply challenges before they become problems — playing a critical role in service, availability and ultimately sales.

What you'll be doing

• Owning order validation, forecasting inputs and inventory management
• Ensuring strong on-shelf availability through accurate planning and execution
• Partnering with Coles replenishment teams to keep supply running smoothly
• Monitoring service levels (DIFOT, OSA etc.) and proactively managing risks
• Managing aged stock, MLOR compliance and minimising write-offs
• Supporting NPD launches and promotional execution readiness
• Providing clear, accurate reporting and insights to drive better decisions
• Working cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing

• Experience in supply chain, replenishment, planning or customer-facing FMCG roles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts
• Comfortable working with data, systems and reporting tools

• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Commercial curiosity — you understand how supply impacts sales
