We’re hiring: Revenue Growth Analyst - Australia
This role sits at the center of Category, Sales, Finance and Shopper Marketing - providing the insights and analysis that underpin smarter commercial decisions.
You’ll support the delivery of Chobani’s RGM agenda across pricing, promotion, trade investment and portfolio performance - ensuring stakeholders have clear, accurate and actionable data to drive outcomes.
This is a role for someone who enjoys working with data but is equally motivated by seeing their insights shape real decisions in the market.
What you’ll be doing
● Supporting pricing, promotion and trade investment decisions through clear, accurate and actionable analysis
● Building models and scenarios that help evaluate commercial trade-offs and
opportunities
● Delivering ROI analysis and performance reviews to inform optimisation and future planning
● Owning and maintaining core RGM and category reporting, dashboards and data sets
● Turning data into simple, compelling insights that support commercial conversations
● Tracking performance to identify risks, trends and growth opportunities
● Partnering cross-functionally to support planning cycles, customer reviews and decision-making
● Improving tools, templates and ways of working to enable more consistent and scalable RGM execution

What we’re looking for
● Experience in analytics, category, RGM, commercial or finance-adjacent roles
(ideally FMCG)
● Strong analytical capability, with experience using Excel, Power BI or similar tools
● Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
● Exposure to pricing, promotion, trade spend or category performance analysis
● Commercial mindset with an understanding of P&L drivers and performance levers
● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring reporting alongside ad-hoc analysis
● A collaborative approach - able to work cross-functionally and support decision-making
● Clear communication skills - able to simplify complexity and influence stakeholders
