In this role, you will play a critical part in executing category strategies, delivering high-quality insights, and supporting customer engagement through compelling storytelling and data-led recommendations. Working cross-functionally, you’ll help shape category growth while strengthening Chobani’s position as a trusted category partner.
What you’ll be doing
● Bring category strategy to life through customer-ready plans, tools and
recommendations that drive impact in market
● Use data to generate clear, actionable insights that shape decisions and strengthen customer conversations
● Turn complex data into compelling stories that build category understanding and influence outcomes
● Partner closely with Sales and customers to support JBPs, range reviews and
ongoing category growth
● Play a key role in end-to-end range reviews, from insight and recommendations through to execution
● Work cross-functionally to connect category, shopper and commercial thinking into integrated solutions
● Track performance to identify risks, unlock opportunities and continuously improve outcomes

What we’re looking for
● Experience in category management, insights or analytics roles (ideally within
FMCG)
● Strong ability to translate data into clear, compelling insights and narratives
● Experience working with category, shopper and performance data tools (e.g.
Circana, Quantium)
● Commercially minded - with an understanding of pricing, promotion, range and category performance drivers
● Strong communication skills - able to present insights clearly and confidently to stakeholders
● Ability to work cross-functionally and influence across teams to drive outcomes
● Highly organised with strong attention to detail - able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
● A proactive, curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and better ways of working
