In Sales at Chobani, you’ll turn plans into product on shelf through customer partnership, commercial discipline and cross‑functional problem solving – creating availability, growth and share. National Business Manager – Independent Grocery

This is not your standard NBM role.

In this new role, you’ll own one of the most complex, fast-moving and high-opportunity channels in the market — Independent Grocery. Think fragmented, execution-heavy, relationship-driven… and full of untapped growth.

You’ll sit right at the intersection of strategy and execution — setting the direction, then making sure it actually lands in store.

What you’ll be doing (in a nutshell):

• Owning the end-to-end strategy for Independent Grocery — and making it real
• Leading major customer relationships across banner groups, wholesalers and independents
• Driving commercial performance: sales, margin, trade spend and smart investment
• Building JBPs that actually deliver (not just sit in a deck)
• Partnering cross-functionally to unlock distribution, availability and visibility
• Leading and growing a high-performing team
