We’re hiring: Shopper Marketing Manager - Chobani Australia
This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Category, RGM and Sales - turning brand strategy into impactful shopper activation that drives commercial results. You’ll own how Chobani shows up across the path to purchase - ensuring we are relevant, compelling, and effective in every channel.
This is a role for someone who can think strategically, execute brilliantly, and connect the dots across teams to deliver outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
● Translating brand strategy into channel-specific shopper activation across all routes to market
● Owning and delivering the shopper activation calendar, including retail media, in-store and omnichannel touchpoints
● Partnering with retail media platforms and agencies to maximise ROI and execution quality
● Using shopper, category and performance data to optimise plans and improve results over time
● Working cross-functionally with Sales, Category, RGM and Marketing to align
priorities and drive impact
● Supporting customer engagement through shopper-led narratives, tools and
activation ideas
● Identifying new shopper opportunities, formats and platforms to drive incremental growth
● Leading and developing a team, building capability and a strong performance culture

What we’re looking for
● Experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing or brand activation (ideally within FMCG)
● Proven ability to translate brand strategy into effective, channel-specific execution
● Strong understanding of retail media and integrated activation planning
● Commercially minded with a clear grasp of P&L drivers, ROI and performance levers
● Analytical and insight-driven - using data to inform decisions and optimise
outcomes
● Able to work cross-functionally and influence across teams to drive results
● A natural collaborator who builds trust quickly and brings people with you
● Proactive, curious and always looking for better ways to engage shoppers
● Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
