Future Skills Organisation (FSO), we’re transforming vocational education to ensure Australians have the skills needed for the jobs of the future across finance, technology and business. As one of ten Jobs and Skills Councils established by the Australian Government, we work directly with industry to develop training products that matter.
We’re looking for a
Project Officer – Training Product Development to support the delivery of a large, fast-moving national portfolio of training product initiatives.
What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll play a key coordination and support role across training product development projects—keeping workstreams organised, documentation accurate and stakeholders informed.
In this role, you will:
- Support the drafting, review and quality checking of training products and supporting materials
- Coordinate mapping, scoping and cross-referencing activities across training packages and courses
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across content, data and documentation
- Support Training Product Central (TPC) data entry and updates
- Prepare consultation, validation and educator support materials
- Manage enquiries and stakeholder correspondence using HubSpot
- Support project reporting, risk tracking and internal coordination
Your work will underpin the quality, compliance and smooth delivery of nationally recognised training products.
What You’ll Bring - Experience in a project support, coordination, policy or training-related role
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational capability
- Confidence managing multiple tasks and priorities
- A collaborative, proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment
Even Better - Exposure to the VET sector or training product development
- Experience in finance, technology or business sectors
- Familiarity with tools like Asana, HubSpot or GenAI platforms
- Experience supporting government-funded programs or under-represented cohorts
