This newly created role has been established to transform volume recruitment nationally. Leading a geographically dispersed team of Talent Partners, the Talent Operations Lead will embed and mature a newly introduced pod-based Talent model, uplift capability across the function and shift recruitment from reactive delivery to insight-led workforce planning.
This is not a “keep the lights on” role. It is a national leadership mandate to redesign ways of working, strengthen partnerships with operations and ensure Talent is a critical enabler of business performance.
The role
Sitting at the centre of a pod-based Talent model, you will connect recruitment delivery with operational leaders, HR and offshore support. The focus is clarity, consistency and proactive planning that aligns talent supply with business need.
