A warm, hands-on family in Jupiter, Florida is seeking a long-term rotational nanny for three children (ages 5, 3, and newborn). This is a true partnership with Mom, who is very present and involved — not a hand-off role.
- Schedule: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off, about 7:00 AM-7:00 PM while on rotation
- Live-in during rotation (live-out considered for a local candidate)
- Compensation: $120,000-$150,000 gross + standard benefits, paid legally via W-2 payroll
- Travel, meals, and lodging covered while traveling
- Start: As soon as possible
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of professional nanny experience in private homes (teaching experience strongly preferred), is comfortable with newborns, enjoys cooking healthy meals from scratch, and is creative, nurturing, discreet, and flexible with travel. CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain), a valid driver's license, a clean background check, and legal authorization to work in the U.S. are required, along with a minimum one-year commitment.
