Hudson Staffing is working with a wonderful returning client in the Weston area seeking a reliable, experienced Housekeeper/Cook who enjoys working in a family environment.
This is a busy, professional father with two children (a preteen and a teenager) who is looking for an extra set of hands to help keep his home running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is someone who:
-Is an excellent housekeeper and genuinely enjoys cooking
-Is fluent in English and Spanish
-Drives and has reliable transportation
-Is organized, proactive, flexible, and dependable
-Enjoys being around children and assisting with their daily routines
-Has private household experience, excellent references, and is looking for longevity
-Is already local to the Miami/Weston area
Schedule & Flexibility:
The father has his children on a rotating schedule:
-One week: 2 days, including weekend coverage
-Following week: 3 weekdays, Monday-Friday
-On days the children are home, a split schedule is needed: approximately 5:45 AM-7:00 AM and 4:00 PM-9:00 PM, with downtime in between.
The client is extremely flexible with the remaining schedule and can guarantee 40 hours per week, but is also open to someone seeking fewer hours.
There is already additional household support, so this person will work alongside the existing team.
$35-$40/hour DOE
