A lovely family who recently relocated to Clinton Corners is looking for a long-term, part-time Housekeeper/Family Assistant to join their household.
The ideal candidate is an experienced private-household professional who takes pride in their work, has excellent laundry skills, and can also provide an extra set of hands with light family support. This is not a nanny role, but someone who genuinely enjoys being around children and pets is important. The family has three children, along with a puppy, and the parents both work full-time, primarily from home.
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Typically 9 AM-4 PM
20 hours guaranteed per week
The family is very flexible for the right person.
The ideal candidate:
- Full-charge housekeeping experience
- Exceptional laundry skills
- Comfortable working around children and pets
- Positive, happy and peaceful energy
- Able to "read the room" and understand working around parents who work from home
- Takes genuine pride in their work
- Reliable transportation
- Local to the area
- Strong longevity in previous positions
- Private-home experience required
The family currently uses a cleaning service but would love to return to having one dedicated person who can care for their home and provide that extra level of support.
Occasional overnight coverage when both parents travel for work would be a plus, but is not required.
