Full-Time Live-Out Nanny | $35-$38/hour + Health 
Hudson Staffing is working with a lovely couple relocating to the Miami/South Beach area who are seeking an experienced, nurturing Nanny to care for their toddler and new baby arriving soon.
The family will be settled in Miami in October, but they are happy to begin the interview process now. They are looking for someone who can become a long-term part of their family and work closely alongside Mom, who is very hands-on and enjoys being actively involved with the children.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 AM-6:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
The family will have a Newborn Care Specialist providing overnight care during the first few months, so this Nanny will focus primarily on daytime care and helping the family with the children and household routines.
The Ideal Candidate:

• 5-8+ years of full-time professional Nanny experience
• Experienced with both babies and toddlers
• Warm, kind, nurturing, and genuinely loves children
• A true team player who enjoys working alongside Mom
• Local to Miami and within commuting distance of Miami Beach
• Must be a confident driver and swimmer
• Tidy, organized, and proactive
• Comfortable with children's laundry, bottles, light tidying, and keeping the children's areas organized
• Able to prepare simple meals for the children; Mom enjoys cooking but would appreciate someone who can take this on when needed
• Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally
• Flexible to travel for up to approximately two weeks at a time
• Strong longevity in previous positions with verifiable references

Compensation: $35-$38/hour +
