Full-Time Live-In Nanny | $100K-$125K
Hudson Staffing is working with a returning client who recently relocated to Coconut Grove and is seeking an exceptional, long-term Nanny for three young children, ages under 1-5.
Mom is very hands-on and enjoys working closely with the Nanny, so this family is looking for a true team player and partner to Mom who is warm, nurturing, communicative, positive, and confident.
Position:
- Monday-Friday, live-in
- Private bedroom & bathroom
- Typical hours: 6:30 AM-6:30 PM, with breaks
- Frequent domestic & international travel
- Summers spent 2-3 months in the Northeast
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years professional nanny experience
- Strong longevity & verifiable references
- Local to Miami
- Excellent English & communication skills
- Strong swimmer & confident driver
- Warm, energetic & nurturing
- Comfortable setting boundaries
- Education-focused and organized
- Willing to travel
- Enjoys working alongside Mom in a true tag-team environment
$100,000-$125,000 + benefits, depending on experience.
