FULL-TIME PRIVATE FAMILY SERVER | THE HAMPTONS NY
We are working with a private family in The Hamptons seeking an experienced, polished, and professional Full-Time Server to join their household team.
This is a year-round position for someone with a strong background in fine dining and/or private household servicewho is passionate about providing exceptional food and beverage service.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional service to the family, guests, and private events
- Serving across two private family residences
- Working closely with the Chef and Property Manager
- Collaborating seamlessly with other servers and household staff
- Full-service bartending and cocktail preparation
- Knowledge of formal dining etiquette and service standards
- Understanding of food and wine pairings
- Proper handling of fine china, crystal, and glassware
- Maintaining a polished, discreet, and professional presence
Ideal candidate:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in fine dining or private residences
- Strong full-service bartending experience
- Professional, energetic, discreet, and highly reliable
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about exceptional dining and beverage service
- A polished team player who is willing to go above and beyond
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to drive and commute between properties
- Must be available to travel between the Hamptons and Manhattan as needed
