Role Overview:
- Position: Hands-on Housekeeper (Live-out)
- Location: Austin, Texas (Open to relocation within the state of Texas only)
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Environment: Busy estate with children and pets. Fully staffed home working alongside other housekeepers and a property manager.
- Travel: No travel required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- General hands-on housekeeping and family laundry
- Grocery shopping, errands, and managing supply needs
- Supporting the team across two homes (primarily based at one home, traveling to the second as needed)
Candidate Requirements:
- Professional experience in private households or a general hospitality/hotel background
- Highly capable, trainable, and a positive team player
- Strong understanding of discretion and confidentiality (NDA required)
- Willingness to undergo an extensive background check
