Family Assistant | Coral Gables, FL | $100,000-$120,000 + Full Benefits
We are working with a high-profile client in Coral Gables, Florida who is seeking an exceptional Family Assistant to support a busy, active, and dynamic household.
This is a wonderful opportunity to work with a kind, caring family in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. The household is fully staffed and includes children and pets, so they are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, all-hands-on-deck atmosphere.
The ideal candidate is flexible, adaptable, easygoing, and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to help wherever needed. This role will serve as the right hand to the Mrs., while also working closely with the family's existing Chief of Staff. The Mr. has his own Executive Assistant, so only minimal support is needed on his side.
Responsibilities include:

• Calendar management and scheduling appointments
• Running errands throughout Miami
• Shopping and handling returns
• Assisting with household logistics and day-to-day needs
• Coordinating reservations and concierge services
• Providing general administrative and personal support
• Jumping in wherever needed to keep the household running smoothly

Requirements:

• Must be local to the Miami/Coral Gables area
• Extensive knowledge of Miami and surrounding areas
• Strong network of local contacts and concierge resources
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking skills
• Professional, discreet, and proactive
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent last-minute changes
• Positive attitude with a team-player mentality
• Comfortable around children and pets

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, approximately 9:00 AM-5:00 PM or 10:00 AM-6:00 PM (based on the family's needs).
Compensation:

• $100,000-$120,000 annually
• Full benefits package
