Our clients, a family with two large properties in Lower Westchester and Upper Manhattan, are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist / Carpenter to assist with the upkeep and improvement of their homes. We are looking for a multifaceted tradesperson who is an expert in construction and building systems, who maintains a "no job is too big or too small" attitude. MUST BE LOCAL ALREADY.

This unique, year-round position offers an excellent full benefits package and pays $125k-$150k, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  - General carpentry, including drywall cutting, patching, and painting.

  - Plumbing diagnostics and maintenance.

  - Small electrical wiring projects and HVAC systems maintenance.

  - Specialty projects, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.

  - Assisting with groundskeeping and supporting renovations to ensure all systems run smoothly.

Qualifications & Skills:

  - Demonstrated experience as a skilled tradesperson with residential construction experience.

  - Expert knowledge of building systems, tools, materials, and safety practices.

  - Physically capable of performing demanding manual labor (lifting and climbing).

  - Professional demeanor with strong communication skills.

  - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

  - Local residency and strong professional references.

  - Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency
