Now Hiring: Full-Time Groundskeeper / Maintenance Professional
Boca Raton & Fisher Island, FL
We are working with a  private family seeking an experienced Groundskeeper / Maintenance Professional to oversee the care and upkeep of two properties.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. A genuine love for pets is essential, as the family has animals that are an important part of the household.
Schedule:
-Approximately 4 days per week in Boca Raton
-1 day per week in Fisher Island
Salary:
-$90,000-$95,000 DOE, plus benefits
Responsibilities:
-Daily grounds and property walkthroughs
-General outdoor maintenance and upkeep
-Pool care and monitoring
-Cleaning and maintaining outdoor furniture
-Car washing and basic vehicle upkeep
-Pet care, including cleaning pet areas and crates
-Leaf blowing and keeping outdoor areas neat
-Garbage and recycling management
-Pressure washing as needed
-Turf maintenance and general exterior care
-Performing basic maintenance tasks and coordinating repairs when necessary
Requirements:
-Previous experience working on private estates or luxury residences
-Strong groundskeeping and general maintenance skills
-Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
-Must love animals and be comfortable caring for pets
-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
-Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
-Excellent, verifiable references
