Position: Newborn Care Specialist (Twins)

Location: Chappaqua, NY must be local to NY

Compensation: $45 per hour

Schedule: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM

A private family in Chappaqua, NY is seeking a highly experienced and certified Newborn Care Specialist to support them with their newborn twins. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional who is confident, knowledgeable, and deeply experienced in caring for multiples.

The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience with twins and a strong background in establishing healthy sleep routines from the newborn stage. The family is looking for someone calm, organized, and proactive who can guide them through the early months with structure and expertise.

Responsibilities Include:

    -    Providing full newborn care for twins during overnight hours

    -    Implementing and supporting healthy sleep training practices

    -    Managing feeding schedules (breastmilk/formula support as needed)

    -    Diapering, soothing, and maintaining detailed daily logs

    -    Sterilizing bottles and maintaining nursery organization

    -    Monitoring developmental milestones

    -    Offering guidance and reassurance to parents

Requirements:

    -    Minimum of 10 years of professional newborn care experience

    -    Proven twin experience (required)

    -    Formal Newborn Care Specialist certification (required)

    -    Strong sleep training background

    -    Knowledge of current safe sleep practices and newborn safety standards

    -    CPR and First Aid certified

    -    Professional, discreet, and dependable
