Full-Time Weekday Nanny - New York City who is seeking a full-time, career nanny. This role will work alongside another full-time nanny to care for three young girls, all four years old and under.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Flexibility required for late evenings, occasional weekends, and travel.
This is a fast-paced, high-level role in a dynamic, high-net-worth household. The ideal candidate is experienced, confident, proactive, and thrives in an environment with multiple staff members and frequent movement/travel.
Responsibilities:
-Partnering with another nanny to provide attentive, loving care for three young girls
-Preparing healthy meals for the children
-Managing children's schedules, activities, and routines
-Supporting travel (family travels at least 3 times per year for approximately 2-week trips)
-Live-in support during the summer months
-Assisting with household management related to the children
-Confidently leading and running the home alongside other household staff when needed
Requirements:
-Extensive experience working in high-net-worth households
-Experience with multiple young children
-Career nanny mindset (long-term commitment)
-Flexible schedule with minimal outside obligations
-U.S. passport (required)
-Valid driver's license
-Fluent English
-Comfortable traveling domestically and internationally
-Strong organizational and household management skills
Preference for candidates who have older children or no children and are fully available for a demanding but rewarding position.
Compensation:
$38-$45/hour depending on experience
