Newborn Care Specialist - Brooklyn, NY (June Start | 3 Months)
We are working with a lovely first-time parent couple seeking an experienced Newborn Care Specialist to start in early June for approximately three months.
The family is based in Brooklyn, NY, but baby will be born on the West Coast. The role will begin with approximately two weeks of travel to the West Coast, followed by a return to Brooklyn.
Schedule & Details:

• Initial travel: ~2 weeks on the West Coast with a 24/6 schedule 
• Upon return to Brooklyn: Overnight position
• Monday-Friday, 12-hour overnight shifts
• Weekends off so parents can spend quality time with their baby
• No pets in the home
• No additional travel required after the initial trip

Ideal Candidate:

• Based locally in New York (Brooklyn area strongly preferred)
• Extensive newborn experience, including work with baby boys
• Experience supporting first-time parents
• Polite, nurturing, loving, and easy-going
• Strong communicator who can confidently guide and support new parents
• Familiarity working with our agency preferred (previous successful placements a plus)

Compensation:

• $40-$45 per hour, depending on experience
