Full-Time Career Nanny (Live-Out) - Greenwich, Connecticut
We are working with a lovely family in Greenwich, Connecticut seeking a full-time, live-out, career nanny to care for their two toddler-aged children. The family is looking for a warm, professional nanny who is local, reliable, and interested in making a long-term commitment of 3+ years.
Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 40-50 hours per week

Flexibility required for:

Occasional late evenings/date nights
Overnight care (up to 4-5 nights) when parents travel for work

Mom is home and hands-on, so the ideal nanny is someone who collaborates well with a present parent and works as a team.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care for toddlers
Supporting manners, structure, and respectful behavior
Creative, engaging nanny who promotes imaginative play and learning
Screen-free household — personal cell phone should be put away during working hours unless pre-approved or in an emergency
Kind, loving, nurturing, yet confident and firm when appropriate
All childcare-related duties

Driving & Logistics:

Must drive — a car is provided
Comfortable driving

Household & Travel:

U.S. passport required — family travels 1-2 times per year and may include international travel
Family has a summer home in the Hamptons

Summer schedule shifts to a 4-day workweek (Monday-Thursday)
Live-in required during summer months in the Hamptons

Compensation & Benefits:

$35-$40 per hour (payroll position)
Federal holidays
Paid time and a half when applicable
