We are working with a returning Hudson Staffing client in South Miami, Florida who is seeking a Weekend Nanny to help care for their two girls, ages 10 and 4.
The family is very flexible with the schedule and is open to either a live-in or live-out nanny.
Typical Schedule:
-Friday: 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM, with flexibility to stay overnight if needed
-Saturday & Sunday: Approximately 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM, with flexibility for overnights when required
Mom and Dad are busy professionals who run their own business and are looking for a reliable right-hand support to help keep things running smoothly on the weekends.
Ideal Candidate:
-Fun, engaging, and nurturing with children
-Professional, dependable, and organized
-A true team player who works well with Mom and Dad
-Able to assist with light organizing and tidying up after the children
-Seeking long-term, weekend-only longevity with a family
The family has a full-time nanny Monday-Friday, and this role is meant to complement that support.
Compensation:
-$35/hour on payroll
-Overnight rate provided when applicable
Requirements:
-Must be local to South Miami or the greater Miami area
-Reliable vehicle
-Flawless, verifiable references
-Strong longevity in past positions
-Willingness to undergo a full background and reference check
