Full-Time Live-Out Executive Housekeeper
Miami Beach, Florida
We are working with a returning Hudson Staffing client in Miami Beach, Florida, who is seeking an experienced Full-Time, Live-Out Executive Housekeeper.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a private couple in a high-level, detail-oriented household.
Requirements (Must Meet All Criteria to Be Considered):
-Must be local to Miami, preferably within a 20-25 minute commute to Miami Beach
-Minimum of 8+ years of full-time experience as an Executive Housekeeper in private homes
-Prior experience managing other housekeepers required
-Verifiable, flawless references (checked prior to interview)
-Exceptionally detail-oriented in housekeeping, laundry, and organization
-Works well both independently and as part of a team
-Comfortable collaborating with the Principal's Assistant
-Discreet, trustworthy, hardworking, and flexible
-Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail (the client is very particular)
Position Details:
-Working for a private couple
-Household is Miami-based
-The couple travels and is out of the home for most of the summer
-Role includes overseeing and working alongside two additional housekeepers
-Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM or 10:00 AM-6:00 PM
-Some flexibility required when guests are in the home
Compensation & Benefits:
-$40-$45 per hour
