Nanny / Infant Care Specialist
Location: Cliffside Park, NJ
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Compensation: $35-$40/hour (flexible based on experience)

A warm and welcoming family in Cliffside Park is seeking an experienced, proactive Nanny / Infant Care Specialist to support their 4-month-old baby girl. This is a long-term role ideal for someone confident with infants and excited to partner with new parents in creating healthy routines.
Role Overview
The nanny will provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care, with a particular focus on bottle transition support, feeding routines, and infant development. The family is looking for a true team player—someone communicative, supportive, and comfortable educating and guiding new parents as needed. Dad travels frequently, and mom has a relaxed, easygoing personality.
Responsibilities
-Provide loving, attentive care for a 4-month-old infant
-Support bottle transition and feeding routines
-Prepare fresh baby food as developmentally appropriate (experience preferred)
-Maintain age-appropriate schedules for naps, feedings, and play
-Engage baby in stimulating, developmentally appropriate activities
-Light baby-related tasks (bottle prep/cleaning, baby laundry, tidying baby areas)
-Communicate openly with parents regarding daily routines and milestones
-Educate and support new parents with best practices around feeding, sleep, and development
-Assist with occasional travel if needed
Requirements
-Proven infant experience, especially with feeding transitions
-Proactive, reliable, and collaborative team player
-Comfortable in a home with a small dog (25 lbs)
-Valid driver's license; confident driver
-Willingness to educate, support, and partner closely with new parents
-Flexible and adaptable with duties when mom is with child, with a long-term mindset
Compensation & Benefits
-$35-$40/hour, depending on experience
