A busy, warm, and active family on the Upper East Side is seeking an exceptional Full-Time Career Nanny to join their household team. This role is ideal for a highly experienced nanny who thrives with multiple young children, works collaboratively with a hands-on parent, and is confident managing all childcare independently when needed.

Position Details

Schedule:

Open to Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday

Hours: 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Guaranteed: 40-45 hours per week

Live-Out: During the school year (NYC)

Live-In: Summers in the Hamptons

Start: ASAP / Flexible for the right candidate

Children

Three children, ages 1-5

Two in school, one at home

All children are active, energetic, and curious

Primary Responsibilities

Provide loving, attentive, and developmentally appropriate care for all three children

Confidently manage all childcare needs independently, even when mom is not present

Navigate NYC with three children (school drop-offs, activities, outings)

Prepare healthy, nutritious meals and snacks for the children (this is a must)

Perform all childcare-related duties, including:

Children's laundry

Tidying and organizing children's rooms and play spaces

Maintaining organized routines and schedules

Work collaboratively with a hands-on, stay-at-home mom who values teamwork and communication

Travel with the family, including international travel

Live-in during Hamptons summers, assisting with full childcare coverage

Must-Have Requirements (No Exceptions)

Local to New York City

Minimum of 5+ years of professional nanny experience

8-10+ years strongly preferred

Recent experience caring for three children in this age range

Proven ability to manage active children in a fast-paced environment

Strong, verifiable references from long-term positions

No unexplained gaps in employment

Must be able to DRIVE and SWIM

Comfortable living in during summer months in the Hamptons
