Hudson Staffing is partnering with a prestigious family office on the Upper East Side seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support their team during their busiest season, starting in November through Labor Day, with the possibility of an extension.
This is an in-person role offering $40 per hour (W-2). The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, highly organized, and a proactive team player.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming packages and mail
- Gift wrapping and organizing during the holiday season
- General administrative support including answering phones, email and phone correspondence
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Running errands and restocking office supplies
- Office organization and maintenance
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Must be flexible and reliable, especially during the holiday season
Requirements:
- Must be local to New York City and available to work on-site daily
- Able to lift and move packages of 50+ pounds
- Prior experience in administrative roles preferred
- Must pass a comprehensive background check
- Must have verifiable references
- Professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset
