Full-Time House Manager - $100K + Benefits - New York City (Local Candidates Only)
Location: New York, NY
Salary: $100,000/year + Medical Insurance
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time (occasional weekend availability required)
Hudson Staffing is partnering with a prestigious management company in New York City to find an experienced House Manager to join their team full-time. This role is based in NYC and is open only to local candidates (no relocation considered).
About the Role:
The company manages high-end properties for overseas clients who maintain second homes in NYC. The House Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple properties throughout the city and ensuring they are well-maintained, prepped, and ready for client arrivals. You'll work closely with vendors, staff, and the internal team to deliver top-tier service.
Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain multiple high-end residential properties in NYC
• Oversee household staff and vendors
• Prepare annual budgets and conduct property assessments
• Source quotes and supervise repairs, renovations, and maintenance
• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and maintain documentation
• Oversee and prep homes for client arrivals
• Provide on-site support Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend needs
• Travel between properties within NYC as needed

Requirements:

• Must currently reside in New York City
• Proven experience in house management and personal assistant roles, ideally in NYC
• Excellent administrative, scheduling, and organizational skills
• Strong vendor management and property maintenance oversight experience
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
• Comfortable commuting between multiple properties
