Full-Time Personal Assistant - North Miami Beach, FL
Salary: $90,000/year + Full Benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM or 10:00 AM-6:00 PM (In-Person Only)
Location: Must be currently located in the Miami area - no relocation candidates will be considered.
We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support a client based in North Miami Beach, Florida. This is a full-time, in-person position working closely with the House Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the household.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily personal assistance to the principal
• Assist the House Manager with tasks such as restocking the home and ordering supplies
• Manage errands, shopping, and gifting
• Oversee wardrobe management (organization, coordination, and maintenance)
• Handle scheduling, occasional travel coordination, and ad hoc tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of full-time experience as a personal assistant
• Must be currently located in Miami and able to work in-person
• Highly organized, discreet, and detail-oriented
• Experience in luxury lifestyle, fashion, or a high-profile household is a strong plus
• Strong communication and time-management skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• $90,000 annually
