Full-Time & Weekend Nannies - Bal Harbour/Miami Beach, FL
A warm and active family in Bal Harbour (moving into their new home in Miami Beach this spring) is seeking two experienced, proactive nannies to join their household team in caring for their three children: two school-aged and one toddler.
Schedule:
Weekday Nanny: Monday-Thursday, 8 AM-8 PM or 7 AM-7 PM
Weekend Nanny (Live-In): Friday-Sunday, with private accommodations provided
Compensation: $35-$45/hour depending on experience, on payroll (W-2)
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide attentive, loving care for three children, with primary focus on the toddler during the day
Maintain the toddler's nap schedule
Engage children in age-appropriate activities, outings, and after-school programs
Assist with tidying play areas, organizing children's belongings, and keeping things running smoothly
Help with light household tasks such as ironing, laundry, dishes, and preparing healthy meals/snacks for the children
Safely transport children to and from activities
Flexibility to travel with the family for occasional one-week trips and one month annually
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of professional nanny experience
Strong swimming ability and valid driver's license
Intelligent, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Warm, engaging, and able to balance fun with structure
Skilled at caring for multiple children of different ages
Comfortable working as part of a household team
