Full-Time Nanny – Upper East Side, NYC
Location: New York City, NY (UES)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM (potential for rota setup)
Salary: $35 per hour, payroll
Benefits: Health benefits (open for the right candidate), standard PTO, holidays off, overtime after 40 hours
Summer Schedule: Live-in during the week in Southampton
About the Family:
A warm and welcoming family is seeking a dedicated full-time nanny for their three children—ages 5, 3, and 8 months. They have had great experiences with nannies in the past and are looking for the right person to join their team long-term. The family values a fun, energetic nanny who truly connects with the children while respecting their parenting style.
Responsibilities:

• Provide full-time childcare coverage
• Engage children through planning fun activities, outings, arts & crafts, and museum visits
• Meal prep and laundry for the children
• Support developmental milestones in a patient and thoughtful manner
• Foster a safe and nurturing environment while respecting boundaries
• Maintain organization in daily routines
• Work alongside the mother, who works part-time, to ensure a smooth household dynamic
• Travel flexibility, including family vacations (US passport required)
• Summers spent in Southampton (live-in during the week)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional nanny experience
• Longevity in previous roles
• Experience caring for multiple children in the same home (must be comfortable juggling three at once)
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication skills
• CPR & First Aid certified
• Ability to drive
• Comfortable with swimming
