We are currently seeking a full-time Handy Person to join the team of a London-based property management company. This is an exciting opportunity to work across several client properties located between New York City and the Hamptons.
 
The ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to travel to different properties as needed. Your responsibilities will include prepping homes, conducting daily walk-throughs to ensure everything is in order (Wi-Fi, heating, etc.), repairs, running errands, and shopping to prepare the properties for the arrival of their owners, who primarily reside abroad. While a housekeeping team is in place, you will also be expected to assist with hands-on cleaning, laundry, changing linens for guest arrivals, and managing any last-minute requirements.
We are looking for someone detail-oriented who can perform property walk-throughs using a checklist and maintain constant communication with the management team. This is a full-time position with a guaranteed 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. A full benefits package and salary 70-80k
