We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time evening Nanny position in Tenafly, New Jersey. This lovely family has three young children, including a baby, and has a family member who is also hands-on to assist.

The ideal schedule would be Tuesday through Saturday evenings, from 7 PM to 7 AM. Accommodation includes a bedroom shared with the baby, with a separate bed and private bathroom provided.

The family is offering $35 per hour, with overtime paid after 40 hours per week. They are looking for someone experienced with babies, who works well within a team environment (as they employ two other full-time nannies), and who is comfortable collaborating with a hands-on mom. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. They envision this as a long-term position and would appreciate some flexibility for occasional travel, although this is not a strict requirement as they have additional nanny support.

The family values a nanny who is soft-spoken, comfortable taking their lead on childcare, and able to gently offer suggestions when appropriate, while always respecting the family's primary decisions. This role will primarily involve caring for the baby during the overnight shift.

To be considered for this role, applicants must be local to the tri-state area and be able to live in during their scheduled shifts (Tuesday through Saturday nights), returning home after their shift ends. Please note that this position is not open to relocation candidates as it is an evening overnight live-in role, not a full-time live-in position.
