A client in Downtown New York is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper for a long-term, part-time position. The ideal candidate will be available three days a week, ideally Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, for an eight-hour shift each day. While rare, occasional Saturdays may be needed, so some flexibility is appreciated.

This is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom penthouse apartment that serves as a second home for the family. As such, there will be periods of vacancy lasting several weeks, followed by periods of occupancy that can extend up to two to three weeks.

The client guarantees eight hours of pay per day at a rate of $40 per hour year round. They are looking for someone with meticulous cleaning skills, excellent professional references, and a desire for a stable, part-time role.
