We are seeking an Executive Housekeeper with 5-star attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness to join our Miami Beach team. Fluent English, good manners, and excellent communication skills are required. In this role, you will maintain pristine conditions in all private homes, travel to various residences, and oversee other housekeepers' work while also working alongside the team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their private service career, is flexible, follows instructions well, and seeks a long-term position.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning & Laundry
Oversee and manage all dry cleaning activities, including drop-off and pick-up.
Launder, iron, and fold all household linens, including sheets and towels.
Perform daily cleaning tasks, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
Maintain bathroom cleanliness, including both guest and powder rooms.
Housekeeping Responsibilities
Supervise a team of 6 housekeepers to ensure all housekeeping duties are completed
Oversee that all rooms, drawers, cabinets, dressers, pantries, storage rooms are always tidy, organized and labeled
Ensure that all machines are in working order and will be maintained by housekeeping (steam irons, ironing boards, washers, dryers, coffee machines, etc.)
Manage deep cleaning schedules when principal is out of residence
Polish various surfaces and treat small stains on different fabrics and upholstery
Check and replenish inventory of household items (snacks, water, toiletries, etc.) and place online orders as needed
Monitor floral arrangements and request replenishments
Assist the chef during dinner service, assist during events
Clean and descale appliances (dishwasher, coffee machine)
Maintain cleanliness of washing machines and dryers
Inspect and report maintenance issues to the property manager and follow up on repairs
Help and coordinate housekeeping team for and during events
Manage special projects assigned by employerSkills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational abilities.
In-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.

Compensation:
$40-$50 per hour
