We are working with a family in Coconut Grove, Florida looking to hire a full-time and live out Nanny/Housekeeper. They have a five week old baby and mom is very hands-on and will be working from home. While the primary focus will be childcare while and Mom is at home, would love someone could assist her with daily household tasks, including the general housekeeping, tidying up, organizing, running errands and cooking simple meals for mom, dad and the baby. They are looking for someone with 8+ years experience working in a similar role. They are looking for someone who can travel over the summer so up to three months, including locations like the Hamptons, Colorado with some international travel needs. This candidate must have a US passport, communicate very well in English, knows how to drive and have reliable transportation. They do have a cleaning service who comes to do the deep cleaning weekly. This is more of tidying up, keeping the home in order, doing laundry and cooking. This is typically a Monday through Friday position they can guarantee 40 to 50 hours a week flexible on start and end time with flexibility for later days or extra hours is ideal. They’re looking for someone with longevity in each position and experience working with babies. Must be first aid up-to-date, T dap vaccinated to work with the baby. They’re looking for someone who is easy-going, soft spoken, takes Mom And Dad‘s lead, And looking for a long-term position. While they travel, they will always provide a separate room and bathroom as live-in accommodations but while in Miami, this is a live out position. They are offering $30-$35 per hour, two weeks paid at time off and happy to work on what holidays can be taken.
