About The Institute
The Institute is a premier plastic surgery center and boutique med spa in Miami, specializing in advanced surgical and non-surgical techniques. Led by ASPS board-certified plastic surgeon, the institute prioritizes patient safety, care, and natural results. We seek an experienced Chief Operating Officer/Operations Manager (COO/OM) to oversee daily operations and ensure seamless collaboration between clinical, sales, and administrative teams.
Position Overview
The COO/OM will lead operational strategy, financial management, and team development while enhancing patient care and driving growth. Reporting to Dr. , this role is critical to maintaining The Institute’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Financial Oversight:
Oversee daily operations across clinical, administrative, and sales departments.
Develop and implement policies to enhance patient care and efficiency.
Manage financial performance, including budgets, cost controls, and profitability.
Align cross-functional teams to maintain a high-performance culture.
Staff Leadership & Patient Experience:
Recruit, train, and retain top-tier clinical and sales talent.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
Ensure outstanding patient care from consultation to post-operative follow-up.
Monitor and respond to patient feedback to enhance service quality.
Compliance & Strategic Growth:
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
Oversee risk management, patient safety, and data confidentiality.
Identify business opportunities and implement growth strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a COO, Operations Manager, or senior healthcare leader, preferably in plastic surgery or cosmetics.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, financial oversight, and patient care protocols.
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field, or 3+ years in a senior operations role.
