Full-Time Executive Housekeeper (with Cooking Duties) in River Oaks
Location: Houston, Texas, 77027
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: $35-38/hr depending on experience 
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (open to as late as 10:00am-6:00pm)

We are a busy, friendly family of 5 with a 4-year-old, 3-year-old and a 7-month old, as well as a hypoallergenic dog.

Family of 5 in River Oaks is seeking an experienced housekeeper who will maintain and deep clean their 5,200 SF home. The candidate will also enjoy cooking for the family (and have cooking experience), as they will prepare 2-3 dinners per week.

Duties include:

• Daily maintenance (making beds, cleaning kitchen, dishes, counters, sweeping, vacuuming, bathrooms, emptying trashes, diaper pails, etc.)
• All laundry duties including washing, folding, ironing, and putting clothes away (keep closets and drawers organized)
• Deep cleaning of the home (refrigerator, oven, appliances, baseboards, dusting, mopping, windows, fans, outdoor patio, garage, etc.)
• Create a schedule for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual tasks, and keep a running list for one-off projects (e.g., organizational projects)
• Cooking 2-3 meals per week and maintaining pantry including restocking groceries
• Managing and coordinating vendors for household repairs, maintenance, etc. 

Candidate must be:

• Confident and experienced cleaning high-end finishes and furnishings
• A proactive self-starter
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized
• A compassionate team player who gets along well with the two nannies
• Dependable and punctual
• A hard worker with a great work ethic and a can-do attitude
• An excellent communicator who is open to feedback
• Experienced cooking for a family and enjoys preparing meals
• Comfortable with children (3 children, ages 6 mos - 4 yrs) and dogs (the family has a hypoallergenic dog that the housekeeper will let in/out)
• Experienced or willing to using non-toxic cleaning products such as Branch Basics and homemade alternatives
