Top Line Ag in Litchfield, Nebraska is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver to shuttle chemical, fertilizer, haul equipment and tend to sprayers. Top Line Ag is looking for a motived, hardworking Truck Driver who takes pride in their work to join their growing team!

Truck Driver Compensation & Benefits:
· $23-28 per hour, based on experience
· Overtime paid after 40 hours worked per week

Truck Driver Job Duties:
· Complete DOT pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
· Safely operate a 13 or 18 speed Semi-Truck
· Ability to manage time efficiently
· Deliver sprayers, tender trucks, mobile tanks, and other equipment directly to field operators
· Safely haul and transport chemicals, fertilizer, seed and other agricultural products to Customer's and in the field
· Assist sprayer operators by staging products, organizing loads, and ensuring materials are ready for mixing and application.
· Maintain accurate delivery records, load documentation, and compliance paperwork.
· Perform general maintenance on Trucks and equipment
· Communicate professionally and effectively with dispatch, applicators, and sales staff to coordinate timely deliveries
· Maintain a clean and organized semi-truck
Truck Driver Schedule: Hours vary based on season and weather
· Busy Hours: March - July 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday - Saturday, occasional Sundays'
· Normal Hours: August - April 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
The Truck Driver must have an acceptable driving record as reflected by MVR. A Class A CDL with tanker endorsement is required.
