C & W Farm Supply the locally and family owned, New Holland dealership is searching for a Parts Specialist for their location in Courtland, Kansas.
 
The Parts Specialist must provide excellent customer services, demonstrate strong attention to detail, communicate effectively and have a basic understanding of Agriculture equipment.
 
Parts Specialist Compensation and Benefits:

Parts Specialist Job Duties:

• Greet and communicate with customers in a welcoming and professional manner
• Listen to customer needs and provide knowledgeable support
• Sell parts to customers by phone or walk-in
• Search part numbers in electronic catalogs
• Create customer tickets, ticket numbers and apply parts to customers in Primus system
• Pull parts orders accurately and timely
• Ship parts through USPS or UPS
• Collect payment from customers and apply to their accounts
• Stock shelves
• Help manage inventory
• Demonstrates basic computer skills
• Assist Service Technicians with looking up parts and pulling the parts for them

Parts Specialist Schedule:

• Regular Hours: October - April,
  • Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Every other Saturday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Busy Season: May - September
  • Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Every other Saturday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

The Parts Specialist must have an acceptable driving record as reflected by MVR.
