We are seeking a highly capable and collaborative Senior Technology Transformation Specialist to join our dynamic and friendly team on a fixed-term basis. This role will act as a backfill for a senior colleague who is transitioning internally and will play a vital role in the planning and execution of a major exit transformation program within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the smooth sale/run-off of regional business units, ensuring all technology-related aspects (people, systems, processes, compliance) are effectively managed.
• Maintain stable and reliable technology operations during a significant period of organisational transition.
• Collaborate on support agreement activities, particularly for previously sold entities.
• Work hands-on with local and virtual teams to plan, implement, and deliver program goals.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong documentation, communication, and organisational skills to manage evolving priorities.

About the Program:

• You will be working on a multi-year exit transformation program (2024–2026), aimed at ensuring the successful transition of business units.
• Technology plays a critical role in both the ongoing operational success and the ultimate divestment of these entities.
• This role offers an opportunity to influence technology strategy during a pivotal time of change.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in transformation, divestment, or technology operations in a regulated environment.
• Degree-level education or professional qualification preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
• Organised, proactive, personable and able to build relationships across diverse teams.
