Position: Family Engagement Volunteer

Purpose / Objective
Engage with parents and carers to ensure they have awareness of services available to them and their children within the community.
The role will support families to utilise education and children’s services to provide assistance where needed.
This position works collaboratively across all ASC services and looks to facilitate opportunities for community connections and meaningful participation for families.
Reports to: Family Engagement Coordinator
Commitment Period: Minimum 6 months. The role is ongoing.
Days and hours required per week:4 hours minimum per week. Days and times are flexible and can be negotiated.
The majority of hours can be completed remotely with some face to face engagement with parents and carers required.
