- Problem-Solving & Boundaries: Handle immediate operational issues, risk escalations, and team questions with professional judgment and clear boundaries.
- Team & Duty Support: Maintain a supportive environment for staff navigating complex, face-to-face client needs.
- Escalation: Liaise with the People & Culture Manager for all operational issues and risks.
What You’ll Bring
- Sector Experience: Background in managing teams within community services, social care, or human services environments.
- Strong Onsite Presence: A desire to be physically present and visible for the team, being a fully onsite role, this is essential to ensure adequate and effective coverage.
- Operational Agility: The ability to hit the ground running, digest local procedures quickly, and keep operations running smoothly
- Grounded Communication: Highly developed emotional maturity, calm under pressure, and a practical approach to conflict resolution and staff support.
