About the Role
We’re looking for a competent and experienced Civil Construction Estimator to manage the full tender process for projects up to $2 million.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review construction plans, drawings, and specifications
• Prepare detailed pricing schedules for tender submissions
• Manage minor earthworks and FRP (Formwork, Reinforcement & Pouring) scopes within estimates
• Develop construction schedules in MS Projects
• Draft and submit tender qualifications
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure scope and pricing accuracy

About You

• 2–5+ years’ experience in civil construction estimating
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full tender lifecycle
• Experience in minor earthworks and FRP methodologies
• Proficiency in MS Projects and estimating tools/software
• Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and communication skills

Salary & Benefits

• $90,000 – $130,000 AUD, depending on experience
