We’re currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join a busy South Auckland-based team on a 3-month contract. This is a hands-on, full-function AR role where you'll be involved across the entire receivables process.
The Role Reporting into the wider finance team, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day Accounts Receivable function, including:

• Processing and entering invoices and customer transactions
• Allocating and receipting payments
• Managing customer accounts and account reconciliations
• Credit control and following up outstanding debt
• Investigating and resolving account queries
• Processing adjustments and credits
• Maintaining accurate customer records
• Assisting with month-end requirements
• General AR administration and data entry

This is a high-volume processing role, so you'll need to be comfortable working accurately and efficiently while managing competing priorities.

About You
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and has previous experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar finance administration role.
You'll ideally have:

• Previous full-function Accounts Receivable experience
• Strong data entry and processing skills
• Experience with credit control and debt collection
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong reconciliation skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work independently and manage your workload
• A practical, hands-on approach and a willingness to get stuck in
