We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Financial Systems to lead a key finance systems function within a dynamic and evolving environment. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring finance systems are optimised, well-supported, and aligned to business needs.
Working closely with Workday Core Financials, you will play a critical role in leading system-related finance initiatives, partnering with stakeholders across finance and technology to drive improvements and deliver outcomes that enable strong financial performance and reporting integrity.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage finance systems-related projects and initiatives across the business
• Act as the key finance lead for Workday Core Financials and broader ERP functionality
• Ensure finance systems are effectively maintained, supported, and optimised
• Partner with internal stakeholders across Finance, IT, and the wider business
• Manage relationships with external technology vendors and implementation partners
• Identify and implement system improvements to enhance reporting, controls, and efficiency
• Provide leadership and guidance to a small team (2 direct reports)
• Ensure finance systems support accurate and timely financial reporting and business needs

About You

• Strong experience in large ERP environments (Workday experience highly advantageous)
• Proven background in finance systems, transformation, or systems-focused finance roles
• Experience managing or mentoring small teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills across both finance and technical teams
• Comfortable working with external vendors and system implementation partners
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
• Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements
