We are in the middle of an exciting journey of growth and expansion both with our facilities and our teams and a new role has arisen. We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager who will drive brand strategy and growth and will help support us in this journey.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement brand strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
• Lead the marketing function, managing a Marketing Executive and external agencies.
• Oversee brand campaigns, product launches, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise strategies based on insights.
• Manage budgets and help ensuring a strong ROI
• Organise events such as product launches and exhibitions

• Proven experience in brand management ideally within the FMCG or food industry.
• Strong understanding of consumer trends, digital marketing, and brand positioning.
• Experience managing a team and working with external agencies.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and ability to drive results.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
