Customer Service Executive - £26,250 per annum. Full time Permanent.

We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experience function, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to deliver an exceptional experience across every stage of their journey.
From onboarding and installations to maintenance, renewals and problem resolution, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service every step of the way.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care.
- Managing customer requests, service bookings and administrative processes.
- Coordinating with internal teams and service providers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Keeping customers informed throughout the service lifecycle.
- Resolving issues and complaints, escalating where appropriate.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and system data.
- Contributing ideas and improvements that enhance the customer experience.
What we're looking for You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
You'll also have:
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, positive approach to problem-solving.
- Confidence working collaboratively within a team.
Experience within a service, manufacturing or operational environment would be advantageous, as would experience managing customer contracts or renewals.
