Purpose
  
Billi UK prides itself on being the leading designer and manufacturer of boiling, chilled, still and sparkling filtered water systems. Our Field Service Technicians install, service, and repair our taps in our customers’ premises ensuring that they are delighted in their decision to purchase from Billi and would recommend us to others.
This role is based in London - SE.
  
Key Accountabilities

• Installation, servicing and repair of tap units in line with customer needs
• Manage workload to meet a defined daily schedule
• Manage stock and inventory to ensure availability of units and parts to complete assigned tasks
• Ensure technical knowledge is kept up to date and all mandatory health and safety training is completed and recorded appropriately
• Monday to Friday; 40 hours per week (excludes one hour a day for travelling to and from your home location to site)
• Coverage: London / SE
• Opportunity for overtime work on weekends to fulfil customer and business needs
• Possible nights away by arrangement
• You will be provided with hand tools, uniform and a van (for the use of business purposes)
• Work will be London-based (SE)

Person Specification

• Good communication verbally and electronically is essential, in English
• Experience of diagnosis and resolution of technical products issues
• Use of hand tools including but not limited to Drill, Jigsaw, Test tools such as multi meter
• Full and valid UK driving license (manual) with no more than 6 points (none of which are for dangerous or careless driving)
• Minimum 3 years driving experience
• Good with communicating with customers
• Customer focused: you will be a brand ambassador for Billi UK
• Able to carry out some heavy lifting, in line with full manual handling training
• Comfortable to have a DBS check upon commencement of role
• You may be required to complete high level security checks for site access
• Have the right to work in the United Kingdom
• Role based in London (SE)

  
Desirable requirements

• CSCS card
• WRAS approved
• A good understanding of electrical components, functionality and testing
• Use of a multimeter
