BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER | EASTERN SUBURBS | BASE SALARY + OTE $110K-$130K
 
An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded real estate agency in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Grow the residential Property Management portfolio through proactive business development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, developers and referral partners
• Generate and convert new business opportunities
• Conduct rental appraisals and present management proposals
• Collaborate with the Property Management team to ensure a seamless client experience
• Represent the business professionally within the local community and at networking opportunities
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the office

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in business development, sales or client relationship management
• Real estate experience preferred but not essential for the right person
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for achieving results
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Current Agent's Representative Certificate
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

The Details:

• Location: Eastern Suburbs
• Salary: $80,000 package, negotiable based on experience
• OTE: $110,000 - $130,000
• Days: Monday - Friday
• Saturday: Occasional Saturday work as required
• Role: Business Development Manager
