Property Manager | Inner City | Monday-Friday Only | 2 Days WFH | $100,000 + Commissions

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager or Property Manager to join a vibrant, modern team managing a high-end portfolio across Melbourne's inner-city suburbs.
  
This role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of 150-160 properties with a high level of autonomy, while also supporting the Head of Department and contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Managing a portfolio of 150-160 properties
• Managing all aspects of end-to-end Property Management
• Overseeing leasing, maintenance, compliance and tenant communication
• Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Maintaining accurate property records and systems
• Supporting the Head of Department in overseeing a team of 6
• Assisting with team leadership and day-to-day Property Management operations
• Working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  
What We're Looking For:
• Previous experience in end-to-end Property Management
• Senior Property Manager or experienced Property Manager background
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Property Tree, IRE and Inspection Express
• Proactive and personable approach
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Professional presentation and strong work ethic
